We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in Victoria Gardens. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry and/or watch sales, or other luxury sales experience.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
  • Cultivating an in-depth knowledge of products and providing product knowledge to customers
  • Connecting with existing and potential customers and maintaining customer information using company-supported technology
  • Inspecting and cleaning customers' jewelry and consulting on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

Requirements:

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.24, as well as health and welfare benefits, sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. You will also be eligible for employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, including vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time). In addition to our medical, dental, and vision insurance, Ben Bridge Jeweler also offers a 401(k) plan with a company match.
