Key Responsibilities- Enhance Clinical Outcomes: Innovate and elevate nursing center-level clinical capabilities to ensure competitive differentiation and achievement of clinical performance goals.
- Training and Development: Assess the needs of nursing centers to formulate effective training strategies and develop Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans aimed at surpassing clinical outcome objectives.
- Collaborative Integration: Work closely with market-level support teams to align care outcomes with industry standards and address specific market needs.
- Strategic Engagement: Foster relationships with center and market leaders to effectively implement clinical support initiatives that align with individual nursing centers' goals.
- Communication: Engage in multi-directional communication to reinforce clinical priorities and objectives.
- Support for Nursing Directors: Partner strategically with Directors of Nursing to provide additional clinical support to nursing center leadership teams facing challenges.
- Innovation and Education: Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and education, assisting nursing centers in achieving specific clinical objectives.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during significant events and assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans.
- Resource Coordination: Identify opportunities for clinical capability enhancement and coordinate necessary resources to support nursing centers.
- Information Sharing: Establish a framework for sharing information among Market Directors of Nursing to promote collaborative resource utilization and best practices.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
