Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee On-Site Construction: Manage all phases of construction, including mobilization, site preparation, fit-out, commissioning, and occupancy, with a focus on medical build standards.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements, ensuring tenant improvements and finishes meet expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist Program Managers and Senior Construction Project Managers in planning, directing, and completing projects, ensuring client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
  • Quality and Compliance: Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and security requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation, including status logs, progress reports, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change management reports.
