Your Role:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, potential members, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every individual enjoys a remarkable experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and guests as they arrive and depart, addressing any inquiries or concerns during check-in.
  • Promote our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the gym floor, providing assistance, and supporting their fitness journeys while adhering to club policies.
  • Handle member issues effectively and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls courteously and assist callers with their questions.
  • Manage membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates to contact and billing information, cancellations, and collecting outstanding balances.
  • Conduct calls and tours for prospective members, assessing their membership needs.
  • Process retail transactions accurately and strive to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing exercise equipment and spa amenities, including communal areas and your designated space.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and organized by following the established cleaning schedule.
  • Perform routine inspections of all club areas to address safety and cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Report maintenance and facility concerns, such as broken equipment or plumbing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work overnight shifts.
  • Preferred experience of 6-12 months in a customer service role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone throughout your shift.
  • Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.

This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check following offer acceptance, in compliance with applicable laws.
