Key Responsibilities- Splice and connect underground fiber optic drop cabling related to a FTTH network deployment
- Minor hand digging to locate buried splice enclosures
- Use provided maps to locate vaults, splice enclosures, and other points of interest within the fiber network
- Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery
- Minimum 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company without sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid standard driver's license required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to comfortably stand, crouch, sit, bend, balance, climb, crawl, lift, hold, or stoop
- Comfortable working in adverse weather (extreme heat, cold temperatures, wind, rain, snow, sleet, etc)
- Able to lift, climb, and carry weight of up to 80lbs
- $18/hr + production incentives
