GGs Waterfront is an upscale casual dining establishment, renowned for its breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway. Our menu features a variety of exquisite dishes, including fresh sea bass, chilled seafood towers, Florida stone crabs, and bone-in NY Strips, all crafted to deliver an elegant and chef-driven dining experience.

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Dining Room Manager to enhance our team of hospitality experts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle financial management and cash handling with precision.
  • Coordinate inventory management and staff scheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management within a high-volume, full-service setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Culinary or beverage certification is advantageous.
  • Exhibit an outgoing and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing conflicts gracefully.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with cash handling.
  • Possess reliable references.
