About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scaffold Helper 2 to join our team. As a Scaffold Helper 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on our job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffolding by passing material to other crew members from the ground level or stationary position on the scaffold.
  • Assist in the stacking of material for shipping and maintaining a safe, neat, and orderly work area throughout the job.

Requirements

  • Some trade school education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of different types and sizes of scaffolding materials.
  • Familiarity with the erection process, including preparation and readiness of required components per the scaffolding layout.
  • Proper tools and equipment.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands

  • Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 pounds or more.
  • Working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.
