Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Manager to join our Alpha and Middle Office Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance improvement through automation and innovation. This is a hands-on role that requires a senior resource with 12+ years of experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the test strategy, testing scenarios, test automation processes in alignment with project and organizational standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and deliver business solutions in public and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Mentor and drive collaboration across teams to improve quality and efficiency.


Requirements:
Analytical problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, quick to learn and adapt. Experience in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, as well as expertise in event-driven architectures and message-based systems. Ability to work in on-shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents.
