Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our data engineering team in designing and developing scalable data infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data engineering, and leadership.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $170,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Solving complex application errors, designing, and resolving application problems, following up promptly with all appropriate customers and IT personnel.
  • Validating QA test plans and supporting QA team during test execution.
  • Designing and developing data transformations and data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical field and Master's degree in Technology and/or Business related field; equivalent trainings/certifications/experience equivalency will be considered.
  • 8 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology.
  • 2 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly.
