**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services to business leaders and employees.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assess team and employee development needs and recommend solutions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on effective approaches.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
