Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to team members via phone, email, remote access, or in-person.
  • Guide team members through troubleshooting processes for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage helpdesk software, analyzing recurring issues and working with colleagues to implement lasting solutions.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for future reference.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to inventory management, document organization, and the development of standard operating procedures for IT resources.
  • Assist in the resolution of problems, including analysis, specifications, configurations, coordination, testing, and installation of computer and mobile device software, peripherals, and local area networks (LAN).
  • Support informal training sessions for users of computer and mobile devices.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of computers, printers, and IT-related hardware and software.
  • Strong motivation to acquire technical and professional skills.
  • Familiarity with, or the willingness to learn, the Microsoft suite of products, including Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, and MDM solutions, as well as MS Exchange.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
