Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Process all forms of payment, including cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Follow proper bagging techniques and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Adhere to all state and county regulations regarding age-restricted products
  • Process EBT, WIC, coupons, and in-store discounts accurately
  • Maintain a knowledge of weekly sale items and product locations to respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Part-time availability, including afternoons and evenings, with at least one weekend day
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Grocery and/or retail experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Focused and efficient with attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
