We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Cascade Ventures. As a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convince customers with attractive product displays, competent advice, and excellent service.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Handle bread and baked goods with care.
  • Implement ideas for measures that inspire customers to buy our products.
  • Stock and price products correctly.
  • Check incoming goods, ensuring not only completeness but also excellent product quality.
Requirements
  • Completed an apprenticeship as a bakery salesperson or have experience in the food retail industry.

  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
  • Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
