About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DOSWELL OPERATING GROUP. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and Greet Customers: Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Listen to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain proper cash levels in registers.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify customer age and identity for age-restricted products, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Dependable Transportation: Possess a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
