Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Capital Needs Assessments for multifamily real estate nationwide. As a Field Engineer, you will work closely with the team to develop plans, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement assessment plans for multifamily properties nationwide
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Perform site visits, gather data, and author comprehensive reports to meet quality control standards


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in due diligence consulting or relevant technical fields
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) credentials preferred but not required


Work Environment:
  • Full-time position based in Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH markets
  • Travel required up to 40% of the time
