  • Delivery Management: Coordinates the delivery of materials to job sites, which may include retrieving parts as needed.
  • Inventory Oversight: Conducts regular inventory checks, reconciles discrepancies, and inputs data to maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Security: Ensures the safety of the warehouse by managing alarm systems and conducting regular tests.
  • Returns Processing: Manages the acceptance and processing of returns based on established protocols.
  • Catalog Maintenance: Keeps equipment catalogs, pricing files, and specifications up to date.
  • Documentation: Completes all necessary paperwork and purchase orders related to jobs and services.
  • Tool Management: Arranges for the proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Warehouse Organization: Adapts the warehouse layout to meet changing operational requirements.
  • Maintenance Coordination: May assist in the upkeep and repair of service vehicles.
  • Recycling Initiatives: Participates in the removal and recycling of outdated equipment.
  • Refrigerant Management: May be involved in the recovery and reclamation of refrigerants.
  • System Entry: Responsible for entering purchase orders and inventory data into the management system.
  • General Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains in good condition.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred; relevant experience or training may be considered.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
