Job Title: Water Sports Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Sports Instructor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Water Sports Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding individuals or groups in various water-based activities, ensuring safety and enhancing participants' skills and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions to individuals or groups on various water sports tailored to skill level and age.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants to improve their skills and confidence.
  • Perform equipment safety checks before each session and ensure proper maintenance of gear.
  • Deliver clear safety briefings to participants before any session.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to create a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience instructing water sports or working in a similar outdoor recreation environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with groups of all ages and skill levels.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety regulations in water-based environments.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be physically fit and able to swim proficiently and comfortably working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
