Water Sports Instructor is responsible for teaching and guiding individuals or groups in various waterbased activities ensuring safety and enhancing participants skills and enjoyment.

  • Provide training sessions to individuals or groups on various water sports tailored to skill level and age.
  • Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve their skills and confidence.
  • Perform equipment safety checks before each session and ensure proper maintenance of gear.
  • Deliver clear safety briefings to participants before any session.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to create a positive experience.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience instructing water sports or working in a similar outdoor recreation environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with groups of all ages and skill levels.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety regulations in waterbased environments.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be physically fit able to swim proficiently and comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
