- Business Performance, Risk, and Operational Analytics: Run complex business performance, risk, and operational analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Market, Credit, and Operational Risk Assessment: Develop analytical methods and models to assess market, credit, and operational risk of new and existing financial products.
- Business Strategy Development: Leverage business and product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk-adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions.
- Portfolio Risk Management: Apply predictive models, third-party data, and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk.
- Regulatory and Financial Accounting Impacts: Understand and communicate regulatory and financial accounting impacts on the balance sheet to regulators and PNC control functions as appropriate.
- Credit Risk Appetite: Collaborate with the line of business, Finance, and Risk partners to assess and establish credit risk appetite and to understand its implications, as well as to establish policies and procedures governing the identification, monitoring, and management of risk appetite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
- Skills: Analytical thinking, credit risks, data analytics, financial analysis, model development, operational risks, quantitative models, risk appetite.
- Competencies: Banking products, big data management and analytics, business analytics, credit risk, mathematics of financial instruments, operational risk, predictive analytics, pricing models and analytics, regulatory environment - financial services.
