Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As an Owner's Representative, you will be responsible for managing data center construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple data center construction projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data center construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of data center construction processes and procedures, including design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
