We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Walker Baptist Medical Center. As a NICU RN, you will provide direct clinical patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care
Requirements
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
