Job SummaryOak Creek Rehab is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing top-quality care to geriatric patients. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide 24/7 care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering treatments and medications as ordered by the physician
- Notifying the resident's physician and/or family members of any changes in condition
- Providing professional nursing practice services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, and changing of dressings
- Observing and monitoring seriously ill residents
- Ensuring that other healthcare team members are providing care according to the resident's care plan and personal wishes
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
