About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist internal team members and customers with inquiries and issues
  • Review and process incoming sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process purchase orders sent to the company from customers
  • Identify and communicate errors to customers to obtain revised purchase orders
  • Enter orders into the CRM system once ready for processing

Requirements:

  • 50 WPM typing speed with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in utilizing a CRM and SAP is preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Concise and effective communication skills
