Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate teams to improve manufacturing KPIs and bottom-line results within production operations.
  • Improve consistency in the way manufacturing processes are documented, implemented, and sustained through training, standard work, and structured processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPIs in the areas of cost, quality, fill, and productivity.
  • Utilize lean tools to simplify production operations and optimize efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
  • 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing.
  • Experience working in a unionized manufacturing setting.
  • Strong background using lean and Six Sigma tools to drive improvements.
  • Ability to influence and empower others through strong communication skills.
  • Licenses and certifications as required by the position.
