Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
