Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years of recent nursing experience, with two years in relevant clinical hospital experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with the option to hold an eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license.
  • National certification in your area of specialty within one year of accepting the role.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
