Registered Nurse Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Asheville Specialty Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with critical illnesses, including those with respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of hospital nursing experience, preferably in critical care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
