About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Environmental Services Tech to join our team at St John's Hospital. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of 25 or more Environmental Services staff members
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure effective and efficient housekeeping operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with sanitation and infection control standards
  • Coordinate linen and uniform rental services
  • Participate in employee awareness and education programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital housekeeping
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission requirements
  • Familiarity with chemical sanitizers and general housekeeping functions
