Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of House Supervisor at our hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for managing departmental service functions during your shift, conducting rounds to ensure quality care, and directing patient care activities as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage departmental service functions during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and patient flow throughout the hospital.
  • Conduct frequent rounds to oversee the quality of care provided, monitor the delivery of care, and direct patient care activities as needed.
  • Guarantee that all temporary agency personnel are deployed and oriented in accordance with hospital policies.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
