Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. They will also have a strong supervisory and leadership background, with experience in training and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, and train and develop incoming team members
  • Use Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
