Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Strong ability to motivate and train a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and revenue

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
