We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in a cardiac care unit.
- Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
