Job Title: Registered Nurse-Step Down Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at TotalMed in Richmond, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse-Step Down Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Step Down Unit

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Educate patients and their families on proper care and treatment

Requirements:

- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia

- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program

- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
