Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct product training and education for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with sales support and customer engagement to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
