Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment.
  • Lead a team of environmental services professionals to deliver innovative solutions and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Infection Prevention Director and Environment of Care Committee to ensure compliance with HCAHPS, local, state, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Analyze data and present insights to inform business decisions and drive project targets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in custodial/housekeeping management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Proven track record of driving results and improving patient satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Experience with vendor and contract management, union negotiations, and budget management.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, partially determined by education level and years of relevant experience. Additionally, Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) plan, paid time off, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.
