Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough engineering analysis and formulate designs for transportation engineering projects
  • Create job specifications and contractual documents for soliciting bids

  • Oversight of project delivery to ensure timely completion within defined parameters

  • Understanding of design standards, including AASHTO, MUTCD, and APWA
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proven leadership abilities
