About the Role:
Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Laborer to join our team in San Antonio. As a Highway Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects across the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support project teams with various tasks and activities
* Collaborate with skilled trades personnel to ensure efficient project execution
* Conduct manual labor such as hand digging and trenching
* Assist with pouring concrete and placing asphalt
* Set up traffic control measures and place erosion control devices
* Maintain general site cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks
* Follow established safety protocols and procedures
* Adapt work schedules to meet project requirements, including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in traffic control or a related field
* Strong commitment to job site safety and demonstrated safe work practices
