- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports to global sales leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or analytics within a B2B company or strategy consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and strategy.
At Atlassian, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $149,000 - $198,700, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
