We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with multiple teams to develop and implement sales strategies and processes that drive revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Design and build foundational reporting and analytics to support sales performance and business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to monitor performance and drive recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports to global sales leadership.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or analytics within a B2B company or strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and strategy.
What We Offer

At Atlassian, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $149,000 - $198,700, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
