Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children, while also mentoring and supporting our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create fun and interactive learning experiences that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of our children.
  • Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for every child.
  • Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support our center's success.
  • Mentor and support our teaching staff to ensure they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
