**Job Overview**

PrideStaff is a leading staffing organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for various roles.

About the Role:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience), plus commission opportunities. Location: Nashville, TN. Typical business hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
