About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as Unit Manager in our Sub Acute Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality care and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
