RN Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Far Rockaway Center, a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway, New York.

• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

• Current RN license in New York State
• Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
