  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of tank yard personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all products meet quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, managing inventory levels and optimizing storage capacity.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery, ensuring that all assets are in good working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all tank yard personnel adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on tank yard operations, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a tank yard or related operations management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
