OVERVIEW

The Adult Vocational Services Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing all initiatives related to the management of the Adult Vocational Services division at Hope Academy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the execution of program activities
  • Lead and mentor vocational staff and participants
  • Gather and evaluate program performance metrics
  • Establish new community connections and enhance existing collaborations
  • Collaborate with DHS/DRS to facilitate proper referrals, placements, and billing processes
  • Optimize scheduling for job coaching services
  • Manage daily skills training sessions for participants

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum age of 21
  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • High School diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a job coach
  • Associate's degree or higher
