Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Element Care. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service operations at our designed site in Lynn, MA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
  • Ordering, receiving, and rotating kitchen supplies and meals.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Preparing light breakfasts as needed.
  • Coordinating luncheon meals, including main meals, alternate meals, and special dietary orders.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen after each meal.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred).
  • Current CPR Certification (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in the food service industry.

Estimated Salary Range

$25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
