Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Mammographer to join our team in Cool Springs. As a Diagnostic Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic mammographic procedures in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all mammographic procedures and views according to established department protocols.
  • Review exposed radiographs for proper positioning, techniques, and labeling.
  • Complete all documentation forms as required by department.
  • Ensure that images are delivered to viewing areas, film file room, or PACS system in a timely fashion.
  • Perform necessary cleaning of room, cassettes, and equipment and restock work area.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: LIC-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Licensure-Others
  • Work Experience: 1 year
  • Education: Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
