Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of sales staff, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Retail Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Snowsports Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the snowsports industry and its operations.
  • Multi-Unit Experience: Experience working in a multi-unit retail environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected pay range is $55,000 - $69,900 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
