We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for conducting functional analyses of patient behavior, participating in treatment teams, and implementing interventions accordingly. They will also conduct psycho-education, leisure activities, life-skill training, and coaching for patients. Additionally, they will be responsible for safety monitoring of patients and the unit.

What You Will Do

- Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior
- Participate as a member of the treatment team
- Contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and implement appropriate interventions
- Conduct individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life-skill training and coaching for all patients
- Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, BLS, CPI certification, and at least one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Our Offer

This is an hourly paid position with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. We offer affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, up to 16 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plan, and flexible spending accounts.
