Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the enterprise Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program, ensuring required elements are met for designated suppliers.
  • Coordinate across the enterprise with First Line of Defense (FLOD) Supplier Relations Managers (SRMs) and Supplier Initiative Managers (SIMs).
  • Maintain the governance program for the enterprise, working closely with Enterprise Risk - Third Party Risk Management to collect, analyze, monitor, and report supplier performance metrics to management.
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure alignment with intra-agency and regulatory guidance for supplier management.
  • Coordinate updates for supplier performance scorecards and related supporting operational documentation, partnering with managed service providers and other suppliers to enhance risk management.
  • Enforce SPM program requirements, challenge and validate reported information, recommend risk acceptance standards, report on performance management required actions, and deliver information for Corporate Board Reporting and other risk governance committees.
  • Manage supplier performance risk and results, demonstrating the ability to collaborate with a strong commanding presence.
  • Work closely with all risk management areas and SRMs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing suppliers or third-party product/service providers.
  • 5 years of experience in analytical skills and working with metrics.
  • 5 years of experience in communication and collaboration across teams.
  • 5 years of experience in presenting to management.
