Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging lines. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the production line to identify and address any issues that may impact productivity or quality.
  • Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies as needed.
  • Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials to maintain quality standards.
  • Observe machine operations to ensure that filled or packaged products meet our quality and conformity standards.
  • Remove finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth production process.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
